About Me
My name is Gia Falbo (she/they), a non-diet registered dietitian specializing in the eating disorder and disordered eating spaces. I follow a trauma-informed approach, and use a counseling style that is empathetic, encouraging, and humorous. I am extremely passionate about helping folks heal their relationships with food, body, and mind as I have also experienced finding my own food and body freedom. I particularly enjoy working with the LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent communities.
My hope as a dietitian is to help others live free of food and body image concerns so that they may apply their newfound energy towards positive, meaningful areas of life. I strongly follow a weight-neutral approach and utilize the philosophies of Intuitive Eating, Health at Every Size, and Body Trust to help facilitate change that is uniquely right for each person. Together we will work on breaking free from diet culture and its harmful anti-fat beliefs, allowing you to discover body attunement, understand your body's natural cues and signals, and rebuild trust in yourself and your body.
