Meet the Team
Gia Falbo
Gia (she/they) is a non-diet dietitian specializing in the eating disorder and disordered eating spaces. They follow a trauma-informed approach, and use a counseling style that is empathetic, encouraging, and humorous.
Gia is extremely passionate about helping folks heal their relationships with food, body, and mind as they have also experienced finding their own food and body freedom. Gia particularly enjoys working with the LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent communities.
Gia’s hope as a dietitian is to help others live free of food and body image concerns so that they may apply their newfound energy towards positive, meaningful areas of life. Strongly following a weight-neutral approach, Gia utilizes the philosophies of Intuitive Eating, Health at Every Size, and Body Trust to help facilitate change that is uniquely right for each person. Gia strives to help their clients break free from diet culture and its harmful anti-fat beliefs, allowing them to discover body attunement, understand their body's natural cues and signals, and rebuild trust within themself and their body.

Kelsey (she/her) is a registered dietitian specializing in eating disorder care, and is deeply passionate about supporting people in building more peaceful, trusting relationships with food and their bodies. Her work is grounded in a social justice and body liberation framework, and she practices through a weight-neutral lens informed by Health At Every Size® (HAES®) and Intuitive Eating.
Across all of her work, Kelsey takes a trauma-informed, compassionate, and collaborative approach. She supports clients in reconnecting with their body’s cues, challenging diet culture and harmful body beliefs, and finding sustainable, individualized ways to care for themselves.
As a queer, neurodivergent dietitian, Kelsey is committed to creating an inclusive, affirming space where clients can show up exactly as they are. She believes healing happens when people feel safe enough to be honest, imperfect, and fully human. In her work, there is room to learn, unlearn, laugh, process, take up space, and move toward a more compassionate, connected relationship with one’s body.
