Individual Nutritional Counseling
Initial Appointment
Initial appointments are typically 60 minutes long. During this appointment we will get to know each other, go over your relevant history, and co-create goals that are uniquely right for just you.
Follow Up Appointment
Follow up appointments are offered at both 30 and 60 minutes, depending on your needs and preferences. During these appointments, we will continue diving deeper into healing your relationship with food, body, and mind and assess the progress of your goals.
Discovery Call
Free 10 minute discovery calls are offered for the purpose of exploring if we would be a good fit! We will discuss your goals, my approach, and how we could work together to reach your goals. This is also a time where you can ask any other questions you may have.
Both in person and virtual appointments are available. In person sessions are held in Chicago, Illinois.
Virtual appointments are available in Illinois, California, Colorado, & Vermont.

Body Peace Nutrition is in network with BCBS PPO, Blue Choice PPO, & United Healthcare plans. We are hoping to be in network with Aetna soon!
